COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Hdt / Hunter Mfg 30155 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued 3m products, including obsoleted and phased-out Arrri parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ansi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader 3m such as the 78809107598 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 05156010 manufactured by Arrri and we are pleased to be able to service most Arrri systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 50IR by Manufacturer Ansi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bayside Brand MB115010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Aes-Seal such as NP05GGZ20635 equipment made by Aes-Seal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aes-Seal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aes-Seal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1794IF2XOF2I made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular AFR060003S2P2TLYA230PBJ62AA original spares produced by Apex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TP110MA3110011000 by Alpha and NP05GGZ20635 spares by Aes-Seal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 42056 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Belden. |
